We will make an appointment - obviously at your convenience - to visit your home or premises to assess the job requirements, and your instructions.
We will realistically appraise the work to be done for condition, preparataion and costs.
We will supply a fully itemised quotation. We will completely and exactly itemise everything on our quotation and supply it within 48 hours of our visit.
We will supply colour charts and consult on all colours, conditions and finishes.
We want to supply the best possible work and finish, at a price that will fit within your budget.

We will come back and explain any part of a quote that you may have questions on, anything that we need to explain
of the job to be done. If you have any questions at all, we will return calls and messages to enable you to be confident in your choices and with your ultimate decision.
